The ZIMBAPARK Visitor Service team is at your disposal for any inquiries! Everything you want to know about ZIMBAPARK can be found here: information about promotions, events, all 50 ZIMBAPARK shops, and the numerous services – from free Wi-Fi to stroller rental and the “Reading Material” service. Additionally, the ZIMBAPARK Visitor Service serves as a point of sale for the popular “Zehner” Shopping Vouchers, provides telephone information, operates the lost and found, and serves as an announcement station in emergencies.
