Bakery Mangold at the ZIMBAPARK
The bakery Mangold was found in 1850 in Lochau. Until today it has been a typical Vorarlberg family business. Today Monika Haag (born Mangold) and Egon Haag are leading the company. You can taste the tradition in every bread, cake or pastry.
Each day the bread is made by hand with fresh materials. Whole grain bread, white bread or small buns – at Mangold you get amazing quality with a unique flavor.
Also the cakes and pastry are made by hand and they are delicious. Only the best ingredients are being takten for the classic cakes like “Schwarzwälder-Torte”, “Topfen-Sahnetorte” or fruit cake. They don´t use artificial flavors.
